Kamloops Renaissance Retirement Residence is a 78,000 square foot, 6 storey, 97 unit assisted living development located in Kamloops, British Columbia. On-site amenities include one full floor of various lounges, activities and games rooms, fitness room, sewing room, puzzle room, library complete with computers, theatre, hair salon and spa, and a large outdoor garden patio.

This Greenfield building was designed with geothermal fields and solar heating to provide individual heating and cooling control to all areas. The system consists of 54 boreholes installed to a depth of 250 feet and 30 flat plate Viessman panels. The solar is integrated with both the domestic water and geothermal to maximize the seasonal efficiency of both systems.
