M-Tech Office

M-Tech is a 4 storey office building with a total area of approximately 45,000 square feet. Design features include a high efficiency VAV system with perimeter ceiling radiation. The entrance featured a 4 storey atrium with bridges connecting to a boardroom suspended in the northeast corner of the building. The atrium was installed with a smoke control system. This building owner and main tenant, Hitatchi ID Systems, develops some of the world’s leading identity and access management software. Our client required that all systems be extremely quiet for their staff.
