One Executive Place

One Executive Place is a 7 storey commercial office complex with a total area of 150,000 square feet. The complex has three levels of underground parking. This project was designed to be environmentally sustainable and energy efficient. Design features include a central exhaust air heat recovery system that transfers air from the building to heat the parkade, and a free cooling coil / preheat coil in the central air handling unit that generates chilled water during the winter months. This project qualified for the Federal Government Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP).
