FMC Power Plant Site Compressor Upgrade

This project involved the replacement of the existing site utility compressors that are located in mechanical rooms throughout the Foothills Medical Centre with three new 100hp Ingersoll Rand oil free rotary screw compressors. The new compressors feed a new heat of compression (HOC) dryer that is capable of drying 1000 scfm to -35°F dewpoint. A new 75ø stainless steel ring main was installed to service all the existing and new buildings on site. The entire project and equipment was certified through ABSA design and installation certification.
