Grande Prairie, Alberta

  • This project included a 3,250 square metre area of developed office space, 4,800 square metre service building and a 1,230 square metre aviation hangar and office. Mechanical systems included overhead radiant heaters, dedicated gas fired make-up air units and specialized exhaust for vehicle servicing.

Sylvan Lake, Alberta

  • This project consisted of 3,250 square metres of developed office space with an additional 2,485 square metres of service bays, including wash bay, contaminated storage facility and overhead services.
