This 500 suite multi-family condominium complex was developed with a hybrid geoexchange and solar heating system; one of the largest of its kind in North America. The geoexchange system includes a ground source geothermal loop system that feeds individual heat pumps located in the residential suites, providing heating and cooling to the units. The system consists of 360 boreholes installed to a depth of 220 feet and 172 flat plat Viessman panels. The solar is integrated with both the domestic water and geothermal to maximize the seasonal efficiency of both systems. There are 3 central plants serving the 500 units.
