This project consists of three exclusive high-rise residential buildings that total 228 units and 12 streetside townhomes. All three towers will be situated on three levels of underground parking. The mechanical system includes 88% high efficient boilers, year round chilled water systems and a combination of horizontal and hotel style vertical fan coil units. When the project is complete, the amenity areas will include spa and fitness facilities, theatre with tiered seating, an entertainment lounge, hobby rooms and meeting rooms, plus an in-building carwash.

Phase I is now complete.
