The Legacy at Mara Lake

This 69 unit, 7 storey lake front residential resort is complete with 2 levels of underground parking, as well as recreational and amenities areas. The building is primarily heated and cooled with a central lake water thermal system, which delivers conditioned water to vertical heat pumps within each suite. The heating system also provides hot water to the swimming pool, whirlpool and various other amenity areas. The lake water system consists of an 8” diameter intake line and an 8” diameter discharge line. The lake water is lifted into the building by central pumps located in the parkade mechanical room.
