Nuera Towers is a twin 36 storey high-rise residential project that encompasses 231 residential units in each tower and 25,000 square feet of retail and commercial space on each main floor. The amenity area is located on the second floor podium and includes a boardroom, lounge and entertainment areas. There are 3 central plants that serve the entire project. The lower level plant serves the commercial level and the bottom ten floors of the building. The penthouse mechanical rooms serve the upper residential floors. Each plant is comprised of the most efficient air cooled chiller with silencer packages and mid-efficient boilers. This system serves horizontal fan coil units in the suites and common areas.

The first phase of this project is now complete.
