This 6 storey vacation resort has a total of 283 residential units and 10,000 ft² of retail and commercial space on the main floor. The central courtyard includes such amenities as landscaped gardens, an outdoor pool with vanishing edge, outdoor shower, hot tub, and a landscaped deck with sitting areas, barbecues and picnic tables. Amenities located on the second floor include the fitness centre, steam room, recreational lounge, and children’s game room. A key feature of the central plant is the coupling of the domestic hot and cold water systems with the primary heating and chilled water systems in the building. This reduced the number of domestic water mains from seven to four.
