Riverfront Pointe

This residential project located in downtown Calgary includes a total of 249 residential units and 5,800 ft² of retail space in two high rise buildings; ten and twenty-one stories.  The two towers were constructed on a podium, above a three storey, 102,000 ft² secured and heated underground parkade. 

Amenities include an owner’s lounge and an exercise room within the building. Riverfront Pointe is also conveniently located on the banks of the Bow River with access to Prince’s Island Park, pathway systems, public transportation, and downtown shopping and nightlife.

Each tower has central boiler plants located on the penthouse floors.  The boiler plants serve the baseboard heating located in the suites and common areas.  A dedicated cooling tower and boiler serve heat pumps in the retail component. This project was completed in early 2010.
