The Madison is Kelowna’s premier luxury high rise residential development. The Madison is comprised of 57 residential suites ranging in size from 1,600 to 3,325 square feet; including street-side townhomes, terrace condominiums, and lavish penthouses. The street level of The Madison consists of numerous 1,700 square foot commercial retail units, primarily upscale boutiques. The building has common amenities such as a fitness area and private reception room equipped with a full size kitchen and seating accommodation for small or large gatherings. The Madison is also the only residential tower in Kelowna to offer doorman service. The building is primarily heated and cooled by horizontal heat pumps located in each of the residential and commercial units. To maximize system efficiency, the central plant consists of a 96% efficient condensing boiler and a closed circuit cooling tower complete with a variable frequency drive. Homeowners are able to control their own natural gas consumption as each residential suite is fitted with an individual gas meter.

This opulent 15 storey residential tower received the 2009 Canadian Home Builder’s Association - Tommie Gold award for “Excellence in Creating a HI-Rise Multi-Family Development.”
