Situated in the Three Sisters Mountain Village, Timberline Lodges offers 87 apartment style condos and two, three, and four-storey townhomes ranging from 1000 to 3200 square feet. The complex consists of three 3-storey condo buildings, two townhome buildings, a common recreation facility with an indoor pool and 57,000 square feet of underground parking. Mechanical systems utilized throughout this project included in-slab heating, vertical fan coils units, furnaces, steam humidification and snow melt system.
