The University of Calgary Student Residence Phase VI is a new six storey student housing development situated on campus with 219 units, which will accommodate a total of 596 students. The main floor will be composed of commercial retail units geared towards students’ needs.

The project will achieve LEED™ Silver certification with a number of sustainable design initiatives; including energy efficient fixtures, and heat recovery units with desiccant heat wheels serving the corridors and suite washrooms. River water will be utilized for the irrigation system.

The project is now complete with great success.
