Union Square is a 27 storey high-rise residential tower that encompasses 163 residential units with commercial retail space on the main floor. There is one central plant that serves the entire project. A unique feature of the central heating plant is that the heating water and domestic water are distributed through the same piping system reducing the number of vertical risers from five to three.
