This 42 storey premium high-rise residential project encompasses 689 residential units and 25,000 square feet of retail and commercial space on the main floor. The amenity areas include a theatre, lounges, event room, and exercise areas; as well as a large sunning deck which features a large outdoor pool, jetted spa, and conveniently located private change rooms. There are two 500 ton central plants located on the 25th and 42nd floors that include cooling towers that are controlled by variable frequency drives and 95% efficient condensing boilers to maximize system efficiency. The central plants serve vertical stack heat pumps located in each suite and the amenity areas. The secured underground parkade is one of the largest in the United States. The all air exhaust system is comprise of two, variable speed controlled, 150,000 cfm supply fans and individual exhaust fans serving each floor. This project is one of the largest multi-family developments in California and was completed in the fall of 2009.
