This 6-storey mixed-use building in Kelowna, BC is a 42-unit residential building complete with 10,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and 2,400 sq. ft. of retail space. Designed with 98% efficient domestic water heaters, and the heating and cooling equipment was installed on each tenants meter in order to keep strata costs to a minimum.
