P3 Schools – Saskatchewan
- 9 two-storey joint-use sites in Saskatchewan – 3 in Regina, 4 in Saskatoon, 1 in Warman, 1 in Martensville
- Each site includes two K-8 schools: one public and one Catholic, along with a childcare centre and community space.
- Five sites achieved LEED Gold certification and four sites achieved LEED Silver certification.
- Energy core recovery air handlers to serve variable air volume (VAV) boxes in each classroom.
- Displacement ventilation using perforated wall diffusers throughout each building.
- A high-efficiency condensing boiler plant piped to in-slab heating in each classroom.
- A detailed Building Management System (BMS) controls the mechanical systems.
- Surface parking.
