U-Two is located within the University Village master planned community. The future mixed-use community is proposed to contain a variety of housing, retail and office space, parks, plazas and two schools. U2 was originally planned for completion in two phases; however, due to overwhelming positive response the developer proceeded with both phases together (and started planning U3 – the next phase). U-Two offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes in a variety of layout that are within walking distance to classes on the UBC campus in Kelowna, BC.
Suites at U-Two have been designed with an "Inspired Green" approach. A significant effort has been made to ensure the use of eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient appliances and fixtures where possible. Bike racks for most homes, low VOC interior paint, and eco-friendly vinyl plank flooring comprised of up to 50% recycled content are just a few examples of this. Safety was also top of mind during the design process. U-Two offers a fully secured, brightly lit underground parkade with emergency call buttons, as well as FOB access for secure entry into the lobby.
