355 Coxwell

355 Coxwell is a new affordable housing development for Habitat for Humanity consisting of a 6-storey residential building consisting of total 33 residential units. The development has a total gross floor area of approximately 32,100 ft².

Residential suites and common areas are conditioned through fan coil units connected to a Heat Recovery Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system, allowing simultaneous heating and cooling while maximizing energy efficiency.

Ventilation for residential suites is provided through dedicated standalone high-efficiency energy recovery ventilators (ERVs). Common areas, amenity spaces, and support areas are also served by dedicated standalone high-efficiency ERV units.

The domestic hot water system consists of high-efficiency condensing boilers and centralized storage tanks sized to satisfy peak domestic hot water demand. This system provides reliable hot water delivery while maintaining high operating efficiency and minimizing energy consumption.
