This project in Seattle, WA consists of two 33-storey twin towers with 506 residential suites that are residing on a common podium. The main floor is for future commercial and retail tenants. There are 6 floors of below grade parking, roof top swimming pools, amenity spaces and a bridge connector at level 31. The mechanical systems include in-suite four-pipe fan coil units, evaporative air cooled chillers and condensing boilers. Targeting a 7.4% energy reduction over the Seattle Energy Code 2012 and 22.1% cost reduction over LEED v3.
