AgeCare Sun Rivers is located in beautiful Kamloops, BC, overlooking the South Thompson River. This 100-unit B3 care facility, private suites in a welcoming atmosphere that features all the comforts of home. With 24-hour nursing care, assistance with daily activities and a multitude of amenities.

The 4 storey concrete building with one level of below grade parking. The project was developed on First Nations land, owned by the Kamloops First Nations Band.  Our scope of work includes all mechanical systems design within the building including coordinating the fire suppression requirements. The mechanical systems incorporate a 4-pipe fan coil system with air cooled chillers and high efficiency boilers.
