- Replaced high mass boilers with high efficiency boilers for heating and domestic hot water generation.
- Upgraded heating system to operate as a primary/secondary system.
- Replaced immersion style storage tanks with simple storage tank and external heat exchangers for ease of maintenance and greater storage capacity.
- Upgraded existing BMS to allow for monitoring and control of upgraded domestic hot water and heating systems.
- Used a phased approach to minimize system downtime to enable to building to remain in operation during construction.
- Upgraded existing MUA unit and controls.
- Worked closely with building operations staff to address maintenance concerns and layout room in a manner that allows for easier equipment access and egress.
- Upgraded domestic hot water system mixing valve to include smart controller capable of connection to building BMS.
- Replacement of all existing pumps and water softener.
