Located within the historic former Finning building on Kalamalka Lake Road, BNA Brewing Co. & Eatery is a 22,000 ft² redevelopment that transformed a landmark industrial facility into a vibrant hospitality and entertainment destination. The project integrates a craft brewery, restaurant, bowling lanes, arcade, and outdoor gathering spaces within a distinctive industrial-inspired setting, preserving elements of the building’s original character while creating a modern and engaging guest experience.

Reinbold Engineering provided the mechanical engineering design for the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and building systems serving the brewery, commercial kitchen, restaurant, entertainment venues, and public assembly areas. The mechanical design was tailored to support the unique operational requirements of a brewery and hospitality environment while delivering occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term performance. The result is a dynamic community destination that successfully blends industrial heritage with contemporary design and functionality.
