Capilano Residences is a LEED® Gold Shadow project in North Vancouver that will have HRV units in each suite. This project houses rental suites, senior housing, town homes, a market and retail presence, a community centre, and over 25,000 sq. ft. of amenity space utilizing a four pipe fan coil system. Design includes centralized condensing boilers for heating and for domestic water system, and hydronic baseboards. The project includes green roofs, solar shading, and an extensive use of recycled materials.
