This project involved the replacement and upgrading of the existing central DHW system generation system in this facility. Because the building is to remain occupied a phased approach to installing the new heat exchangers and tanks and removing the existing in addition to DDC controls was critical.

REG was also contracted by Carewest to perform an ASHRAE Level 2 energy audit of the Carewest Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre.
