The renovation included the expansion of the existing medical device reprocessing department (MDRD), and the relocation of Environmental Services to the Autopsy Suite in the lower level at the Chinook Regional Hospital.

Five new private patient rooms in the former NICU space to create a new surgical inpatient unit to achieve 30 beds.
