Connect Tower
Adaptive reuse of the former 19-storey Phipps McKinnon office tower into a mixed-use residential development.
The project converts Levels 4 through 19 from office space into residential units while retaining commercial uses at street level. Reinbold Engineering Group is providing mechanical engineering services for the conversion, including the base building systems, and a full renovation of an amenity space located on the 3rd floor.
The redevelopment revitalizes an existing downtown office building by introducing new residential occupancy while preserving and repurposing the existing structure.
