The project involves the design of an Elder Lodge in Enoch, Alberta, comprising residential accommodations and a central communal gathering space. The development is approximately 51,500 ft² based on the current concept and may be refined as design progresses.

At the heart of the facility is a 12,000 ft² communal space (including a mezzanine) that supports social, cultural, and operational needs. Program elements include a kitchen and dining area, washrooms, flexible multipurpose space, reception and waiting areas, a library, a small retail component, staff room, and storage.

The residential wings will include a variety of living spaces as well as shared lounges, laundry and waste/recycling facilities.
