The project is an office to residential affordable housing conversion of the office building located at 1000 8th Ave SW in Calgary, AB. The conversion has a total of 56 residential units. The main level includes a 2,040 ft² community kitchen amenity with access to outdoor amenity space, laundry facility, waste/recycling room, and support offices.

Levels 2 to 5 include a typical floorplan of 14, 350 ft² community amenity space. The mechanical system includes a combined heating and hot water plant with high efficiency condensing boilers and indirect hot water heaters to optimize operating and maintenance costs.  Cooling of community spaces is provided by a VRV system.
