Hudson House is a  185,600 ft² mixed-use building and is the final phase of the multi-building Hudson District comprised of five residential towers and a heritage-restored former Hudson’s Bay Company department store. The building is 23 storeys with a total of 235 residential units, 15,000 ft² of retail space and underground parking. The residential units have electric baseboard heating system in the suites complete with ventilation provided by an ERV.
