The government of Nunavut engaged REG to develop and calibrate a post-occupancy energy model for the Iqaluit International Airport’s two buildings (Airport Terminal Building and Combine Service Building), for years 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Some outcomes of this study revealed the combined heat and power units detailed operation and the potential opportunities to consider for future energy system optimization.
