The 24,000 ft² Kelowna Yacht Club is a landmark waterfront facility located in the heart of downtown Kelowna and serves as the hub of Canada’s largest freshwater marina, with over 1,000 boat slips. The two-storey clubhouse features a public waterfront restaurant, administration and meeting spaces, member dining and lounge facilities, banquet and event venues, and expansive outdoor decks overlooking Okanagan Lake. Positioned adjacent to Stuart Park and the waterfront promenade, the development plays a prominent role in Kelowna’s vibrant waterfront district.

Reinbold Engineering provided the mechanical engineering design for the project, delivering HVAC, plumbing, and building systems to support the diverse operational requirements of hospitality, food service, administration, and event spaces. The mechanical systems were carefully integrated to provide occupant comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability while supporting one of Kelowna’s premier waterfront destinations.
