Lake Country Fire Hall

New design-build fire hall (Station 71) serving as a modern emergency response facility for the District of Lake Country. The project includes four double apparatus bays, a training tower, SCBA and gear storage areas, workshop, maintenance facilities, wellness room, kitchen and dining areas, offices, communications and radio rooms, training and conference spaces, change and shower facilities, and associated mechanical and electrical service rooms.

Mechanical systems were designed to support the specialized operational requirements of a fire hall, including high-performance heating, ventilation, air conditioning, vehicle exhaust extraction, decontamination facilities, and energy-efficient building systems. The facility was developed to provide a durable, efficient, and resilient environment that supports emergency response operations, firefighter health and safety, and long-term community growth.
