A new Fire Hall and EMS Facility located off Highway 133X in Morley, Alberta. The single-storey building encompasses approximately 1,232 m² and is designed to support both emergency response operations and on-site staff accommodation and training functions.

The facility includes dedicated Fire and EMS apparatus bays, supported by a range of operational and support spaces such as a decontamination room, laundry room, supply and fire supply rooms, an oxygen storage room, hose drying room, and turnout gear area. Administrative and operational coordination is accommodated through five offices and two EMS storage rooms. The building also incorporates living and support amenities for staff, including six dorm rooms, a dining and living area with kitchen, staff lounge, workout room, and a training room with associated storage. Additional provisions include a locker room with two washrooms and four additional washrooms distributed throughout the facility, ensuring functionality for both operational staff and visiting personnel.
