This five new building development in Toronto, Ontario includes a shared podium and a heritage building retrofit to retail. It will have 800 residential unites and 150,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space, with a total project GFA of 884,000 sq. ft.

This project will be Toronto Green Standard Tier 2, District Energy Plant (others) and LEED Gold. It will use Cogen – CUP low temperature waste heat recovery used for pool heating and snow melt, and rejected heat from refrigerated cases re-used for humidification.The building simulation team prepared energy models for building code compliance, Toronto Green Standard certification and LEED Gold.
