Toronto Community Housing Corporation engaged GEC Architecture as the prime consultant and partnered with Reinbold Engineering Group to provide retrofit design services for this 238-unit, three-story building completed in 1970. According to the energy modelling results and lifecycle cost analysis, the project identified about fifteen energy efficiency measures that are expected to lead to 30% energy and carbon emission reductions.
