The 33-storey tower will include 345 residential suites and 8,900 sq. ft. of retail space for a variety of businesses. The building’s façade will incorporate the use of Braille letters and numbers to represent the site’s history with the Canadian National Institute for the Blind. This project targets LEED Gold through smart design and technologies. Solar power, EV charging, and building controls optimize wellness while reducing energy, water, and carbon impacts.
