Polaris is a residential development with live/work units located in the City of Burnaby, BC. The project consists of a 36-storey residential tower, 11 two-storey live/work units and 5 two-storey townhouses, located over a three-storey below grade basement parking garage. An amenity gym is located adjacent to the residential lobby on Level 1, and an amenity space is located on Level 3 above the live/work units. Mechanical systems for the project is a 4-pipe fan coil complete with heating tied into an energy district system. Cooling is provided by an air cooled chiller. Ductwork is embedded in the slab and ventilation air for the units is via ERV units in each suite.
