Rockyview General Hospital GI Clinic Redevelopment
This project involved the fitout of a previously shelled space within the facility comprised of approximately 2,100 m² to accommodate a new Gastrointestinal (G.I.) clinic. The project Included new infrastructure for medical gases, Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) water, compressed air, and HVAC systems.
The project incorporated a new Medical Device Re-processing (MDR) area for endoscopy apparatus and procedures and the creation of five new procedure rooms including an isolation and bariatric specialty room. The work was carried out in the occupied and functional facility requiring detailed coordination with the operations staff on the site.
