Steps Bridgeland is a 6 story multi-unit rental building located in the community of Bridgeland in Calgary Alberta. The project consists of 5 floors of stacked residential units with luxury penthouses located on the top floor and a 2-level underground parking structure. The building has been designed with a unique open concept that shows the exposed concrete that is typically concealed as well as exposing the mechanical systems in a way that provides an industrial look while maintaining the feel of a luxury west coast residential apartment.

The building has been designed using 96% efficient boilers for space heating and 98% efficient water heaters for potable water heating. Packaged energy recovery ventilators in each rental suite provide ventilation to the suite occupants while also recovering heating energy in the process.
