Templemont Affordable Housing is a new build seniors facility in Calgary, AB’s northeast on the site of the former Temple Anglican Church. It will have a total of 120 units with 70 for supportive living and 50 for seniors with low income. This unique facility utilizes high efficiency air handling systems that incorporate air-to-air heat exchangers, condensing boilers and variable speed drives on all fans and pumps motors. The mechanical systems and all components were chosen for optimum efficiency and operational effectiveness.
