This boutique hotel houses 124 suites and numerous amenities including a full-service restaurant, hot tub, outdoor pool, and meeting rooms.

The hotel uses a ground source system for cooling by drawing water from an underground aquafer through a large heat exchanger, which reduces their energy use. Condensing boilers provide efficient heating to all areas of the facility.

Ventilation and humidification are provided by a number of central air handling units provided on each floor.

REG completed the initial mechanical design of the hotel’s systems and has been further involved by providing Energy Models for mechanical reviews as well as to satisfy the Town of Canmore’s development requirements.
