Elk Valley Family Society, in collaboration with New Commons Development, is developing a new affordable housing facility at 692 3rd Avenue in Fernie, BC. The proposed 5-storey building, spanning 35,962 ft², will comprise 3,272 ft² of commercial retail space, 44 residential units, and both belowground and surface parking.
