The Strathcona Hotel is located at 60 York Street in Toronto, ON, and involved extensive upgrades to the existing 12-storey building, which features a ground-level lobby and kitchen, a lower-level pub, a basement, and 11 storeys of hotel suites.

The scope of work included upgrading the existing make-up air units serving the lobby and restaurant, as well as improvements to the building’s pressurization fans to enhance performance and reliability. The renovation modernized the existing heat recovery units, kitchen exhaust systems, washroom exhaust fans, and air conditioning units to improve overall energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
