The Wesley Hotel, formerly the head office of an energy company, was converted into a boutique hotel with a ground floor lobby, restaurant, bar, hotel operations and interior and exterior amenity areas. 26 boutique hotel suites were added on the second through fifth floors for a total of 104 new hotel rooms.  The main floor has a new full-service restaurant, as well as a fitness room, meeting spaces and a lounge.  New commercial laundry facilities were added into the existing parking garage.

Horizontal 4-pipe fan coil units were added to each of the hotel suites as well as the restaurant and amenity spaces for heating and cooling.  A new central heat recovery ventilation unit was added to supply fresh air to all of the hotel suites.  The existing boiler plant was refurbished and re-used for the heating system.  New high-efficient domestic hot water heating system was installed to serve all areas and new air-cooled chiller was installed for the new chilled water system.
