Reinbold Engineering provided mechanical engineering design services for the redevelopment of the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Inspiration Centre located at 3960 Highway 97C in Peachland, BC. The project involved the selective demolition and renovation of portions of the existing facility, along with the addition of a new glass entry pavilion and significant upgrades to improve accessibility, visitor experience, and building performance. The redeveloped centre serves as a key gateway to the Thompson-Okanagan region, welcoming thousands of travelers annually with enhanced visitor amenities, Indigenous cultural features, and modernized public spaces.

Mechanical design services included upgrades and modifications to the building’s HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, and energy systems to support the renovated spaces and improve occupant comfort, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
