A new K-12 school located at 4701 56 Avenue in Valleyview, AB. Design-Build will be the method of project delivery.

The 3-storey school will be approximately 7,194m² and have a capacity of 720 to 850 students. Includes child care and before/after school care spaces, career and technology studies (CTS) trade spaces, and a full-sized gymnasium.

The project is seeking LEED v4.1 BD+C Silver Certification.
