Currently under construction, Water Street by The Park is a multi-phased 3-tower mixed-use residential complex. Tower 2 (The Eli) stands at 42 stories and will be the tallest tower in inland British Columbia at the time of completion. The 6th floor deck amenity includes a swimming pool, putting green, theatre, and dog wash.
