The first phase of the development includes 100 West Block, a 60-unit residential tower featuring views of Edmonton’s downtown and river valley. 100 West Block’s podium contains over 9,300 m2 of retail and commercial services and a new three-storey professional building. The Phase 1 commercial development features an innovative timber structure that utilizes glue-laminated beams and timber flooring. West Block has 500 residential units across three condominium towers and family-oriented townhouses.
